Services to CCC Member Coop/Elevators
An extensive service component is part of
CCC's promise to members. The sponsoring cooperative points CCC toward
the producer and CCC completes the lending process from there.
CCC provides all
services related to the ongoing loan and credit process:
- Receiving and processing initial financial information.
- Providing the credit and loan analysis review, with
recommendation on the loan to the manager of the elevator or cooperative.
- Preparation of all loan documents, receiving signatures
and closing the loan with the producer.
- Perfecting security documents.
- Processing loan advances and
payments.
- Accounting for loan activity to the manager and producer,
along with collection at loan maturity.
- Accounts receivable financing.
- Risk rating.
- Investment notes
Financing for all the right reasons
Cooperative Credit Company offers all loan
products common to today's agriculture. Through CCC, members may offer
a comprehensive package of financing services:
- Crop input, including cash rents
- Livestock financing for dairy and beef cattle, sheep
and hogs, including feed
- Financing for enterprise building loans
- Machinery financing
- Structure and source financing for long-term credit
needs
The member may use any combination of these services to meet the needs
of producer-customers. CCC will also develop custom financing programs
to meet specific product sales requirements.
