Seth Oostenink grew up in rural Hull, Iowa, on a small farm raising row crops and livestock. In 1998, he received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Administration from Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa.

He began his professional career at MED-TEC Inc. in Orange City, Iowa, as a sales representative of radiation oncology patient positioning devices.

Seth was hired at Cooperative Credit Company (CCC) in January 2000 as an Account Representative. He has served at many different levels in the company, including the position of Chief Credit Officer, which he held until 2020. In the spring of 2020, he was promoted to Chief Executive Officer. CCC employs 14 full-time employees and manages loans in excess of $100 million.

He is actively involved in his community, participates in outdoor sports and enjoys spending time with his family. He lives near Hull, Iowa, with his wife, Jaime, and four children, Charlie, Dezi, Jedidiah and Rex.
